My Fascination & Features
I think it's pretty obvious that I'm really fascinated by the beach
, literally. It's the one place that I never get tired of and since I started travelling, I make sure that I include one trip to a good beach at least once a year. It was quite hard before when I was working full time but now I think I have all the time in the world to do so. The waves never fail to amaze me and watching it form tubes and crash down is simply wonderful. I'm in love with sunsets, as you can see from the majority of my works.
Well I have been around several places for the past few months and still plan to go elsewhere, although my next trip will be in Boracay
again (as usual) and I will drop by the lovely island this April. Unexpectedly, my travel plans have taken a turn and instead of going to my favourite place twice, it was decided overnight (no, in fact, in just a few hours
) that we are going to Bali, Indonesia
instead! It's pretty cool, my last trip out of the country last year was actually work related so this time I would be able to chill and enjoy my stay.
I have created my TRAVEL LIST
, you can check it out and tell me where else should I go. I'm not in a hurry, it's a pretty long list so I know it will take a couple of years to finish visiting. What stuff about your country is really cool, I might not know but it's worth going to! I will be featuring works from my group!

The longest holiday that I have had so far was my last trip to Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte - the so-called Boracay of the North
, famous for its white sand and pristine waters, not to mention surf waves! I traveled alone to meet my friends who were already there. It was my first time to go alone by bus for 12 hours and I stayed there for ten days. I have already gone alone by plane, so the only one left is going alone by sea (not including the short ferry boat trips that last 1-2 hours. I should try a cruise, hmmmm
). I will be putting up my shots from there but for now, please enjoy the view from people who have also captured the beautiful beach.

The beautiful white sand and cool waters, it's a perfect place for sunbathing... as long as the winds aren't that strong though. I love how this photo shows a simple but lovely image of enjoying the beach.
Waves are nice, and there are surfers every now and then. This photo definitely captured my attention and not just because of the waves but also because of the emotion is kind of brings out when I see the subject looking out into the sea. It provides a tranquil, lonely but content feel.
The rocks here are also interesting. There are parts past Saud Beach that has nice reefs and rocks that are not submerged in water like the place where I stayed. I love the contrast in colors of green, blue and shades of brown and beige.
The Bangui Windfarm
is also one of the places to visit if you are. It was also quite fun because we met the people who build these turbines and were able to get into the site and see the turbines to be assembled by Vestas
; not all tourists are given that opportunity so we are really thankful to these guys! There are many photos of windmills but this one definitely got my attention, lovely tones and emotions evoked.
Here are more stuff posted, photographs from last year. Enjoy
